Overview

We examined how fibroblasts are impacted by infection, injury, cancer, fibrosis, metabolic changes and arthritis. To do so, we integrated 17 scRNA-seq datasets across 13 tissues to generate a perturbed-state fibroblast atlas (n = 99,596 cells). Please see Figure 3, Extended Data Figures 7e-g and Supplementary Table 3 for more information. Note that a downsampled object is available for browsing on the website and the complete atlas can be downloaded as a seurat object for local analysis in the Downloads section.
